Since 1988, the Institut européen de coopération et de développement (IECD) has supported human and economic development in several countries by education, vocational training, youth employability and support to small enterprises. The IECD is present in Sub-Saharan Africa, Indian Ocean, Middle East, North Africa and South East Asia.
