Arnaud Britsch

Chief Executive Officer

Arnaud Britsch began his career in the agricultural sector in Africa, after studying to be an agricultural engineer in Rennes (general agronomy) and Montpellier (tropical agronomy and development), in France.

Initially in charge of a ‘small rubber planters’ project for Michelin in Nigeria, he then went on to manage a SME producing and processing tropical fruit and cocoa for Compagnie Fruitière in Cameroon.

In 2010, he joined the IECD, where he held a number of positions: coordinator of the Training & Agricultural Development programmes, head of the Entrepreneurship & Education divisions, Director of Operations for the Africa & Madagascar region and Deputy Managing Director.

He has been Chief Executive Officer since January 2023.
