class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>On the occasion of the 12<sup>th<\/sup> global<a href=\"http:\/\/www.convergences.org\/forum-mondial\/\"> forum Convergences<\/a>, held on 5 and 6 September at the Palais Brongniart in Paris, the IECD hosted a workshop organized jointly with the NGOs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apprentis-auteuil.org\/\">Apprentis d\u2019Auteuil<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/acting-for-life.org\/\"> Acting for life<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.essor-ong.org\/\">ESSOR<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gret.org\/\">GRET<\/a> and the<span style=\"color: #c1022c;\"> French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs<\/span>, on the challenges of the professional integration of young people in Southern countries. This session highlighted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Impact assessment methods<\/strong> (that have proven their worth) based on digital technologies that help to assess the integration path of young people.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The significant improvement of the impact and effectiveness of actions in the field<\/strong> thanks to cooperation between NGOs and researchers designed to pool good practices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Synergies<\/strong> between t<strong>he approaches of NGOs and organizations<\/strong> such as the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) that aim to favor exchanges between local and international levels, between global and local.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gautier Uchiyama<\/strong> from the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs recalled the importance of assessing strategies developed in the field:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div to help understand these challenges, the participants were invited to step into the shoes of a young beneficiary from a Southern country, an integration officer, and a financial partner. The public was won over by the session\u2019s <strong>fun and participative<\/strong> format.
