The global estimate for the number of young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), a larger category than before, is 21.8%, a large majority of whom are women (76.9%).<\/p>\n<p>The<strong><span style=\"color: #99677f;\"> inactivity of young people<\/span><\/strong>, who are an intrinsically essential part of the future, prevents the economic development of countries and is also an obstacle for social cohesion and peace.<\/p>\n<p>In order to put a stop to this phenomenon, it is essential to <strong><span style=\"color: #99677f;\">boost the local economy<\/span><\/strong>. In developing countries, many sectors are potential vectors for employment but <strong><span style=\"color: #99677f;\">they struggle to find qualified local staff<\/span><\/strong>. Training is often the problem.
