can you know what you want to become if you do not know yourself? How can you move forward if you do not know where you want to go?\u201d These are all questions that young people are asking themselves in a changing world, particularly those who are socially or economically excluded.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #dfabb1;\">21.5%* of young people drop out of school before the end of secondary school.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At a pivotal moment in their lives, the IECD helps <strong><span style=\"color: #dfabb1;\">adolescents and young adults between the ages of 12 and 30<\/span><\/strong> to prepare their life project, i.e. their personal, educational, and professional development.
