Offer a gift to support the IECD actions

The IECD, as a non-profit organization for international solidarity created under Alsace-Moselle local law, and registered as a support and charity group by the Prefecture of the Bas-Rhin in 1995, is entitled to receiving gifts, donations and legacies exempt from legacy duties. This provides the Organization with the fundamental support necessary for carrying out the various actions and projects in emerging countries.

Punctual Gifts and Programme Sponsorship:
The « Semeurs d’Avenir » are persons who share the IECD’s vision and values and who have chosen to contribute to the development of its programs. Their individual donations are mobilized mostly in order to contribute to the perpetuation of the local partners’ actions: financing the school fees for young people, scholarships, teachers’ salaries, pedagogical equipment etc. This support is essential for the local partners and their beneficiaries.

In order to become a member of "Semeurs d'Avenir", you can either choose to:
- support a specific project
- support the IECD projects globally

Your donation gives you the right to an income tax reduction equal to 66% of the total donation, within the limit of 20% taxable income. The IECD will forward you a full-discharge tax receipt. For example, a gift of 100 € will cost you 34 €.

Legacies and Donations :

The legal status of the IECD means it is also entitled to receiving donations and legacies exempt from legacy duties. These legacies may be legally bequeathed and devoted to a specific IECD project or to a set of projects or programmes in an emerging country or in France. In this case they are handled through a specific management account.
