The IECD on-site

Qualified Project Managers Guaranteeing Long-term Commitments :
To support local partners implementing and managing projects, the IECD sends project
managers on-site with the status of International Solidarity Volunteer or as an expatriate
(VSI - Volontaire de Solidarité Internationale) ) for an average period of 2 years. They
offer their professional experiences and skills to the local population and the projects.

Overseas Delegations
To accompany the development of projects on-going in Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire and the
Near East, the IECD has established on-site delegations. Their key aim is to represent the
IECD locally, to co-ordinate project management and to identify new means of action and
potential partners in the region concerned.
