The IECD in France

The IECD, registered under Alsace-Moselle local law, has its headquarters in Strasburg and delegations networked in the various regions of France. The operational team is based in Paris.

The IECD Team in Paris
The permanent team of the IECD is in charge of financial and strategic project management. It co-ordinates the various projects managed on-site and also acts as a resource centre for the local partners (knowledge and experience base, institutional strengthening, technical expertise, etc.). Wishing to be constantly optimal, the team also carries out regular financial and technical monitoring and follow-through for each project.

Regional Delegations
Regional delegations were established after several years of working hand-in-hand with technical partners based in the Loire Valley, the PACA and the Nord Pas de Calais regions. This regional presence provides the IECD with specific local services for certain projects. These services range from technical to institutional, from business expertise to financial support.
