Technical expertiseA network of professionals, experts in their fields, ensuring technical project feasibility.IECD relies on a network of highly-qualified professionals to bring the specific technical skills required for the projects. These experts participate in project preparation and set-up, the transfer of technical and pedagogical know-how, the training of future trainers, project assessment and the institutional strengthening of local partners. The 30 experts currently working with IECD are training centre managers, specialized teachers, teacher trainers, agriculturists, architects, engineers, financial experts, doctors, nurses, entrepreneurs etc. Many of these experts have been committed to the IECD projects for over 15 years and have gained essential experience in project development. Expertise Pools Hospitality-Catering: EHL Smile (Lausanne Hospitality and Catering School students and alumni association) and Marie-Thérèse Audoux, trainer at the IUFM de l’Académie de Versailles. Agriculture: Pedro Puig, Permanent Technical Secretary at AIMFR (Association Internationale des Mouvements Familiaux de Formation Rurale – International Association of Family Movements for Rural Training). Hospital Healthcare: Monique Robert, Head of Institutional Relations for the Paris Saint-Joseph Hospital Group. Micro and Small Enterprise: Stanislas Dubourg, former Project Manager for the Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) support programme in Cameroon. BTP (Building and Public Works): Patrick Vétillart, engineer gratuated from Ecole Polytechnique, civil engineer graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. |
