A network of professionals, experts in their fields, ensuring technical project feasibility.

To guarantee the specific technical skills required for the projects, the IECD relies on a network of professional experts who are highly-qualified in the various sectors of intervention. These experts participate in project specification and set-up, the transfer of technical and pedagogical know-how, the training of future trainers, project assessment and the institutional strengthening of local partners. The 39 professional experts currently working with the IECD are training centre managers, specialized teachers, teacher trainers, agriculturists, architects, engineers, financial experts, doctors, nurses, entrepreneurs, etc. Many of these experts have been committed to the IECD projects for over 15 years and have gained essential experience in project development.

Specific Specialists for Specific Centres of Expertise:
Through their on-going contribution to specific centres of expertise, certain professionals have become consultants for the IECD, offering advice directly and/or indirectly on various projects.

Hospitality Management Experts: EHL Smile, association de l’École Hôtelière de Lausanne (Lausanne, Hospitality and Catering School association) (EHL), Marie-Thérèse Audoux, trainer at the IUFM de l’Académie de Versailles.
Agricultural Expert: Pedro Puig, Permanent Technical Secretary at AIMFR (Association Internationale des Maisons Familiales Rurales – International Association of Family Movements for Rural Training).
BTP (Building and Public Works) Expert: Patrick Vétillart, engineer gratuated from Ecole Polytechnique, civil engineer graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
Hospital Healthcare Expert: Monique Robert, Head of Institutional Relations for the Paris Saint-Joseph Hospital Group.
Micro Business and Small Business Expert: Stanislas Dubourg, former Project Manager for the Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) support programme in Cameroon.
