A network of professionals, experts in their fields, ensuring technical project feasibility.To guarantee the specific technical skills required for the projects, the IECD relies on a network of professional experts who are highly-qualified in the various sectors of intervention. These experts participate in project specification and set-up, the transfer of technical and pedagogical know-how, the training of future trainers, project assessment and the institutional strengthening of local partners. The 39 professional experts currently working with the IECD are training centre managers, specialized teachers, teacher trainers, agriculturists, architects, engineers, financial experts, doctors, nurses, entrepreneurs, etc. Many of these experts have been committed to the IECD projects for over 15 years and have gained essential experience in project development.
